How to duplicate a page in a Word document. Launch Word and open your document. Highlight the text you want to duplicate by clicking and dragging with your mouse. Select Home Copy or press Ctrl + C on your keyboard to copy the text. Select the bottom of the page you just copied.
Here is the first one: Select the cell above which you want to insert multiple rows in Excel. Press Shift + Space-bar to select the entire row. Once the entire row is selected, press Control and hit the plus key (+) from the numeric keypad.
Copying a row does not copy its attachments or comments. To paste a row, click on the row number and then use the keyboard shortcut or click the arrow next to the row number and select Paste Row. The copied rows will be inserted above the row you selected.
Say you want to copy two items. Instead of switching back and forth between the apps twice, copy the first item as before. Select the second item, and press Control + K to kill the item, as a super-powered version of the normal Cut command. It works best in text editing apps, and will cut the text from the page.
Share with Your Friends Quickly select the column or row you want to copy. Press and hold down the Ctrl key. Click anywhere inside the selected column or row until the insertion point appears. Continue to hold down the Ctrl key and drag the column or row to where you want to insert the new column or row.
Insert New Page and Paste If your document cursor doesnt move to the new page automatically, scroll down and click on it. On your blank page, press Ctrl+V on your keyboard to paste the contents of your first page onto a second document. You can also right-click and press one of the Paste options.
Copying a Column As-Is Using a Keyboard Shortcut With the entire column selected, use the keyboard shortcut Control + C (or Command + C if using Mac). Select the destination column where you want to paste the copied column. Paste it using the keyboard shortcut Control + V (or Command + V if using a Mac)
