Welcome back everybody in the last video we took some raw data from the reporting tab in iLab and we converted that or exported that into CSV and then we converted a list of PI emails with many many many duplicates into a list of all unique values now what Iamp;#39;m going to do is take that column of unique values and convert that into something that I can just paste into Outlook in order to email all of those PIs so itamp;#39;s actually quite simple using the concatenate functions in Excel the first thing Iamp;#39;m going to do is come to cell b1 and Iamp;#39;m just going to hit equals cell a1 and then Iamp;#39;m going to use ampersand ampersand is the concatenates short hand in Excel and then use quotation marks tell Excel that you want to add a text so the opening quotation mark and then a semicolon a space closing quotation mark and Iamp;#39;m done there now all I have to do is come to cell b2 hit equals cell b1 ampersand okay and then go to cell
