In the CC field, enter the mail addresses of the recipients wholl receive a copy of the email. Compose your message and hit Send. Both your primary recipient and the CCd person will receive the email.
Cc stands for carbon copy which means that whose address appears after the Cc: header would receive a copy of the message. Also, the Cc header would also appear inside the header of the received message.
If you are writing to more than three recipients or they are at different addresses, have a CC notation at the bottom of the letter, below your name and signature. This is so everyone knows who else is receiving the letter. Each recipient should receive a copy with their name in the salutation.
You can indicate this by writing CC or Copies to with the name of the other recipients.
Open the email, either from Inbox or from Sent. Click on the down arrow right of the to: recipients. Copy recipients name and email addresses per section. Bring up the Compose window and paste the copied content in the appropriate recipients area.
Okay, its very simple: Type the letter. At the end of the letter, after the signature, type CC: and then the list of the names of the other people to whom youre going to send the letter. Print the letter with as many copies as you have on your CC list plus the one for the direct recipient.
To add a CC recipient, click on the downward arrow on the top right corner in the To address box, as shown below. This will display the CC and BCC fields. In the CC field, enter the mail addresses of the recipients wholl receive a copy of the email. Compose your message and hit Send.
