hi Im Richard Bern in this video I want to show you how you can make copies of the comments and suggestions that people make to your Google Documents this is a new feature and it could be helpful if you are in the habit of making multiple copies of the same document so heres how it works just go to file make a copy and then select copy comments and suggestions youll notice that by default it will say share it with the same people so if youve already shared this document that copy will be automatically shared with the people who have commented on it you can turn that off if you want to have a copy that doesnt have edit and commenting access automatically attached to it just click OK and now well launch this document and we see here comments above copied from original document so thats how you can copy comments and suggestions in Google Documents as always for more tips and tricks like this please check out free Tech for teachers comm and practical EdTech
