hey guys this is Chad Halvorson from when I work and today I wanna make work less work by showing you how you can take a schedule from a previous week and copy it into following week. Theres a couple ways to do this and its really simple so lets just start with the total schedule copy feature. To start with, here we are looking at the week of November 16th through the 22nd and Im gonna move ahead into the next week. Lets say that what I want to do here is I want to copy the entire schedule from the previous week. What ill do is ill go to the tools menu - the wrench and Ill click Copy previous week. Ill get an option for how I wanna do this. Do I want to allow conflicts or do I want to overwrite conflicts. This is important when you have a few shifts already scheduled in this week or maybe you have some availability conflicts that are in this next week. Im gonna select overwrite conflicts. When I select that, its gonna take that previous week and copy it over and then boom.
