Once your printer history is enabled, you can access it at any time from the Event Viewer. To do so, find and open the PrintService category and then click on the Operational log. A history of all Windows printer events will be listed, from initial printer spooling to completed or failed prints.

Right-click your Windows Start menu button. Locate the Event Viewer option and click it. The Event Viewer will let you see a list of previously printed files but there is another thing you will need to do to make it happen: you will need to set Windows to start logging your long-term printer history first.
Go to HP Connected, and then sign in to your account. The My Printers window opens and a list of connected printers display. From the My Printers window, click the ePrint History button for your printer. The print history queue displays.
To view everything that has been printed from a Windows computer we follow these steps: Type in the search bar Event Viewer and click. A new menu will pop up, click on Open saved log. A new window will now open with the path to the print history, open the file and you will be able to view it.
