Print your calendar On your computer, open Google Calendar. To select a date range, at the top right, click: Day. Week. Month. Year. Schedule. 4 days. At the top right, click Settings. Print. On the Print preview page, change details such as font size or color. To select size options, click Print. Click Print.
In Calendar, click File Print. Under Settings, click the print style you want. As you click print styles, the preview window changes to match the style. To print the complete details of appointments and meetings, click Weekly Agenda Style or Calendar Details Style.
In Calendar, in the Navigation Pane under the My Calendars section, select the check box for the calendar you created. On the File menu, click Print. In the Print dialog box, under Print this calendar, click the calendar you created. Select the print style options you want, and then click OK.
To copy a meeting, select the meeting, hold the CTRL button on your keyboard and drag the meeting to a new spot. Once in the new spot, release both your mouse button and the CTRL-key. A duplicate meeting appears in that new spot and the existing meeting is preserved for historical purposes.
Printing via Google Calendar Google Calendar will show you a preview and afterward it will create a PDF file of the calendar that you can print.
