printing an envelope on my Xerox workcenter 5755 is quite easy Ive already got my envelopes set up in in Microsoft Word with my to address and my from address and so I need to go into file print and then make sure that Ive selected my 5755 and going to printer properties you notice that the driver has already detected the document size it is a number 10 envelope but if you ever need to change that you would go into other size and select the appropriate size in here so Im just going to leave it at number 10 envelope and this automatically sets the output paper size as the same weve got it at 100% so were all okay there Ive got all my settings needed because Ive got white envelope selected so Ill say okay and print once I send my envelope print job to the printer Ill notice on the screen this message coming up one or more cute jobs needs resources when loading the envelope stock into the machine we need to be careful that we load it in the correct way so sliding this guide out
