hi Im Peter calm stream of Kallstrom calm business solutions in this demonstration Ill show you a few different tips and tricks for how to copy information in Excel as you see I have the same information over and over again here Im gonna copy that into the different areas here and Im gonna show you a couple of different ways of doing that and this demonstration I wont actually use the ribbon so I can just double-click on the ribbon tab here to temporarily hide that if I want it back again Im just gonna double click again but that makes it possible to actually see all of it lets see you now I can see all of the stuff that Im gonna be working with so Im gonna copy this and over into all these cells and there are several ways of doing that well you cant actually use this copy right there but you can also right-click and select copy and then the trick is to select the range that where you want to paste and of course you can do that by pasting there or you can right-click and sele
