In this tutorial, Rachel Stone from CCT demonstrates how to copy Excel data as an image rather than editable data. She begins by adding a "Copy as Picture" button to the Quick Access Toolbar. To do this, she clicks the "more" button at the end of the toolbar, selects "More Commands," and finds "Copy as Picture" under "Choose commands from" for commands not in the ribbon, then adds it to her list and clicks OK. After selecting the desired data, she clicks the button and chooses to copy it either as shown on screen or as printed, deciding to keep it as a picture. She then prepares to paste the copied image into a new location.
