Dramatic security camera footage shows a Texas man, identified as Wcla Flart, boarding a Delta flight from Salt Lake City to Austin without a ticket. Authorities allege he took photos of multiple passengers' tickets while they were distracted. He then used his phone to board the aircraft. The complaint notes a gap in the boarding system that Flart exploited after being unable to board a full Southwest flight. Once aboard the Delta flight, he accessed the emergency equipment storage door and was later escorted to a bathroom by a flight attendant. Meanwhile, a Delta gate agent attempted to scan another passenger's ticket, but the system malfunctioned.
