After inserting, click on the image to access the "Crop" option, allowing cropping of the photo's region. For a circular image, go back to "Crop," then choose "Crop to Shape" and select "Basic Shape: Oval." To add a border, go to "Format Picture," select "Solid Line," and adjust the line color and thickness as needed. To enable movement of the image, right-click on it and select the appropriate option.
