In your Excel spreadsheet, locate the specific sheet that you want to duplicate. Hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard. Click and drag the sheet tab that you want to duplicate to the right or left. When you release the mouse button, this will create an exact copy of the sheet.
Use keyboard shortcuts: Ctrl+Alt+C to copy formatting, Ctrl+Alt+V to paste it. After pasting formatting once, use Ctrl+Y to repeat the action on other cells/ranges. Double-clicking the Paint Format icon keeps it active for multiple applications without re-selecting the source formatting.
