Copy visible cells only Select the cells that you want to copy For more information, see Select cells, ranges, rows, or columns on a worksheet. Click Home Find Select, and pick Go To Special. Click Visible cells only OK. Click Copy (or press Ctrl+C).

How to copy filtered data in Excel Select any filtered cell, and then press Ctrl + A to select all filtered data including column headers. Press Ctrl + C to copy the selected data. Switch to another sheet/workbook, select the upper-left cell of the destination range, and press Ctrl+V to paste the filtered data.
How to repeat an action in Excel Perform the desired action on one cell. In the Quick Access Toolbar, hover over the Repeat button, which looks like an arrow forming a circle. Select another cell or a range of cells where you want to apply the same action.
Select Copy to another location. In the Copy to box, enter a cell reference. Select the Unique records only check box, and select OK. The unique values from the selected range are copied to the new location beginning with the cell you specified in the Copy to box.
To repeat something simple, such as a paste operation, press Ctrl+Y or F4 (If F4 doesnt seem to work, you may need to press the F-Lock key or Fn Key, then F4) on your keyboard, or select Repeat on the Quick Access Toolbar. Notes: By default, the Repeat command is not available on the Quick Access Toolbar in Excel.
