lets say you were creating a webinar slide deck and you wanted to pull in a couple of pages from another presentation that you had created previously I know Ive already created the slides elsewhere so Im going to carry them over from that original design rather than recreating any slides and without having to copy and paste the individual slide design elements in other words I dont want to have to select all of these text boxes and images Etc and then copy and paste over those components to this other slide page design instead Im going to open the grid view version of my new slide deck here and then I also have open the presentation that has the slides I want to copy from so lets open that in Grid view as well now I will simply highlight the two pages that I want to copy here by selecting them and holding down the shift button to select multiple pages and then I will use the copy shortcut on my keyboard thats command C on a Mac and Ctrl C on a Windows keyboard now Im going to o

Save a template To save a file as a template, click File Save As. Double-click Computer or, in Office 2016 programs, double-click This PC. Type a name for your template in the File name box.
