A successful lesson plan addresses and integrates these three key components: Objectives for student learning. Teaching/learning activities. Strategies to check student understanding.
To copy lessons from your own class, select My Classes in the From dropdown. To copy lessons from another teacher, select the teacher email in the From dropdown. Note that the teacher will need to Add a Permission for you to see their email in the dropdown. Select the school year to copy from in the Year dropdown.
To allow other teachers to copy or link from your classes, you will need to add a permission: Click the User Settings icon in top-right menu. Select the Sharing Options button. Select Collaborate - Permissions in menu bar.
Copying a Lesson Plan Navigate to the Lesson Plan that you want to copy, and click on Actions Copy. Cant find this feature? Check with your organizations admin if Teacher Customization is turned on in the Site settings.
Just right-click on the lesson and select Bump Forward! This will shift the selected lesson (and all future lessons within your class) to the next available class day.
Copy To (Right Side): Select the class to copy the lessons to in the Class dropdown. Select Where to place lessons: AFTER Existing Lessons - Lessons will be inserted after all existing lessons in the class. Select to copy or link the lessons: Copy Lessons - Lessons will be copied to your class.
