A: You can create a Group/Team after registration via Manage Registration. Log on to RunSignup Profile Upcoming Events Manage Registration Groups/Teams menu Create New Group/Team OR Join Existing Group/Team.
Event creation begins in the Basic Info section, under the heading for Events. Start off by entering in the Event Name. Then, let RunSignup know what Type of event you are creating so that runners can easily find it using our search options. Finally, indicate the start date and time of this particular event.
The Registration setup can either be accessed by selecting the Registration step of the Race Wizard, or by going to the Race Info tab of the race dashboard, and opening up the Registration subheading. IMPORTANT: More options will be available to you if you access the Registration step through the race dashboard.
Join a Group After Registration Sign In to RunSignUp. Go to your Profile. Navigate to Upcoming Events. Click Manage Registration next to the registration you would like to add to a team. Click Group/Team on the left-hand sidebar. From the pop-up select Join Existing Group/Team.
RunSignUp gives races the ability to view, search, and export all of their participants registration information right in their RunSignUp Dashboard. This feature can be found by going to Participants View Participants. Note: By default this report does not show all information for your Race.
