Adding Comments Comments allow you to attach a brief note to a certain section of a file. Your collaborators can see and reply to any comment you create. To add a comment, select the text you want to comment on, then right-click and select Comment from the drop-down menu.

A dialog will appear with all cell notes in it. From there you can copy/paste the cell notes into another application, or print (ctrl-p). To export a particular set of cell notes, select a set of cells and click the Export selected cell notes button on the Cell Notes toolbar.
To copy a comment, follow these steps: Make sure you are viewing your document in Draft view. Highlight the comment mark in your document. Press Ctrl+C. The comment mark and the associated comment are copied to the Clipboard. Position the insertion point at the location where you want to copy the comment. Press Ctrl+V.
To show all comments in Google Sheets, click on Open comment history (or use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + A). As a result, all comments are displayed in the right part of the sheet.
Insert the note in the fist cell of the column and then click on it and then press Ctrl + Shift + down arrow key to select all the cells in that column. Now just press Ctrl + Enter.
