When you copy text from a pdf file, like this one, to a Microsoft Word file, you sometimes encounter line break issues. To fix this, Im going to first mark the beginning of the paragraphs with some characters, say xx. Then Im going to press Ctrl H on the keyboard in Word to launch the Find Replace dialog box. Then type character code ^p in the Find what field -to find paragraph marks or line breaks. Next click in the Replace with field and just hit the space bar once Then click Replace All. The line breaks are now all gone. But the paragraphs are gone too. So it is time to utilize the xx I typed in earlier. Press Ctrl H again for the Find Replace dialog box. Type xx in the Find what field. Type caret p in the Replace with field to replace the xx with paragraphs. Click Replace All and there you have it.

Mouse Shortcut for Copy Paste Select the cells that you want to copy. Hold the Control key. Place the mouse cursor at the edge of the selection (you will notice that the cursor changes into an arrow with a plus sign) Left-click and then drag the selection where you want the cells to be pasted.
Highlight the text you want to copy. Use the shortcut key combination Ctrl + C on a PC or Command + C on a Mac to copy the text. Move the text cursor to where you want to paste the text. Press Ctrl + V on a PC or Command + V on a Mac to paste the text.
Press Ctrl+D or choose Edit | Duplicate Line or Selection from the main menu . Alternatively, you can press Ctrl+Shift+A , start typing the command name in the popup, and then choose it there.
Copy and paste multiple items using the Office Clipboard Select the first item that you want to copy, and press CTRL+C. Continue copying items from the same or other files until you have collected all of the items that you want.
Select the text you want to copy and press Ctrl+C. Place your cursor where you want to paste the copied text and press Ctrl+V.
Follow the steps below to use it. Select the block of text you want to copy. Press Ctrl+F3. This will add the selection to your clipboard. Repeat the two steps above for each additional block of text to copy. Go to the document or location where you want to paste all of the text. Press Ctrl+Shift+F3.
Hit your menus Edit Copy (or keyboards Ctrl C) to copy the line to your clipboard. Then go to your Microsoft Word document, place your cursor where on the page (vertically) you want that line and paste (Edit Paste or Ctrl V). Thats pretty fast and easy.
From the Lines gallery, select the kind of line you want to draw. On the canvas, click and drag your mouse to draw the line. Tip: To draw a perfectly horizontal or vertical line, press and hold the Shift key while you draw. With the line still selected, on the ribbon, on the Shape Format tab, select Shape Outline.
To select a line of text, place your cursor at the start of the line, and press Shift + down arrow. To select a paragraph, place your cursor at the start of the paragraph, and press Ctrl + Shift + down arrow.
