the copyline down command for vs code lets you quickly duplicate the current line here you can see that my cursor is on this line and if i want to duplicate it i can just press alt shift and then down arrow or option shift and then down arrow on mac and you can see that ive now gone and duplicated that line so again that was alt shift down arrow or option shift down arrow to actually go and duplicate that line now this also works with selections so lets say i wanted to duplicate an entire selection ill just go make the selection and then say alt shift down arrow or option shift down arrow and ill duplicate that entire selection
