we could uh bring this meeting order welcome everyone to the planning and strategic initiatives committee for our public input for Crosby statutory public meeting I want to quickly again reiterate some apologies on some confusion on the agenda I think some had thought it was two oclock but on the our agenda for members of committee it was written as 2 30 and we really hold ourselves to whats in our schedules and thats one of the reasons for uh delaying the meeting till 2 30. so again its uh in our schedule it was for 2 30 and thats how were starting so for all that came in early expecting it to start sooner our apologies and well get started now so Ill probably declare that this is a formal public meeting to consider applications under the planning act if a person or public body that would otherwise have an ability to appeal a decision of the city at Kitchener to a local planning appeal tribunal but the person or public body does not make all submissions at the public meeting
