Family and friends of inmates can setup an account at ConnectNetwork.com to send and receive electronic messages. Each message has a cost equivalent to $0.25, and there is an option to pre-pay for a reply from the inmate.
On the outside of the envelope, write the address in the center. On the first line, write the inmates name and booking number. On the second line, write the physical address of the jail, or the P.O. box where the jail accepts inmate mail.
