You can copy an Amazon Machine Image (AMI) into or to another AWS Region using the AWS Management Console, the AWS Command Line Interface, or SDKs, or the Amazon EC2 API, all of which support the CopyImage action.
It's not possible to transfer existing instances or AMIs between AWS accounts.
To create a copy of your instance, first create an AMI from it, then launch more instances from the AMI. Alternatively, create a launch template to store the launch parameters for your instances.
