To target an HTML link to a specific page in a PDF file, add #page=[page number] to the end of the links URL. Note: If you use UNC server locations (\\servername\folder) in a link, set the link to open to a set destination using the procedure in the following section.
Select all the elements (text and graphics) in the header or footer. Press Ctrl+C. This copies the header or footer information to the Clipboard. Select the second document.
In Google Drive, we can open PDF files and set a link to a specific page with Google Docs. Google Docs is a practical and free word processor that allows users to edit text, draw, insert images, add text box, compare documents, add watermarks and comment on PDF.
Right click on the link and choose Edit. Select Cut or Copy. Alternatively, select the link and press Ctrl+X (cut) or Ctrl+C (copy) keys. Press Ctrl+V keys to paste link.
How to add hyperlinks in a PDF. Choose Tools Edit PDF Link Add or Edit. Drag a rectangle where you want to create a link. In the Create Link dialog box that appears, choose your link appearance. Select the destination for your hyperlink.
Once again, knowing the shortcut is helpful: CMD/CTRL + Shift + N, enter the page number, and hit Enter or Return.
How to link to a specific part of a page Give a title to the text youd like to link. First, make a title or name to the text youd like to link on your webpage. Put the title into an opening HTML anchor link tag. Insert the anchor tags around the text you want to link to. Create a hyperlink that leads you to the text.
