hi my name is ami magani welcome to our one-minute tech tip video series today Im going to talk to you about copying a feature for one part to another what you want to do is make sure you have instant 3d on on your features command manager and the other thing you want to do is go to your windows pulldown menu and make sure your tiled vertically so you can see the parts side-by-side now I have two features in this part here Im going to select one and then hold the ctrl key and then drag it over to the other part and you see that its copied the feature now its not the way I want it to look and thats because it honors the end condition as well so you have to make sure you choose the end condition thats appropriate for you so here Ill choose through all and Ill recopy that holding the ctrl key dragging it over to the other window and youll see that it honored that end condition again ok now I have another feature here Im going to choose this extruded boss and hold the ctrl key a

Use context menu commands In the Catalog pane, connect to the geodatabase or database that contains the feature dataset, feature class, or table you want to copy.
