okay for those that do not know how to copy and paste im going to go over this briefly uh first of all when you uh send out a message if the other person has their autoresponder on youre going to receive a message like this one and when you open it up obviously the message is there i highly recommend that you do this on a desktop or a laptop its going to be difficult to try to do this business from a cell phone but uh simply copy and paste all you want to do is just uh start from the beginning and youre going to scroll all the way down holding your left clicking here left clicking hold on the left click and when you let it go then right click over on copy then what you want to do is you want to go down into uh a word program or notepad i use wordpad because i want to keep formatting open up a blank document uh it should open up right click and then just uh paste with to keep the formatting and everything will go in there simply go up and you want to save it as whatever name you wa

Duplicating Double-click the email message in the main portion of the Outlook window so the email message window pops up. Click the Reply button. Click in the To field. Press the Ctrl-F keys together. A new copy of the email pops up. Repeat this step for as many copies as desired.
Copy and paste between devices from your Mac Copy on a device: Select the content you want to copy, then copy it. For example, on your Mac, press Command-C or choose Edit Copy. Paste on a device: Position the pointer where you want to paste the content, then paste it.
If you want to copy the whole message, press Ctrl + A on a PC keyboard, or ⌘ Command + A on a Mac.
Move or Copy using the clipboard Select the item you want to move or copy. To move, right-click and select Cut. To copy, right-click and select Copy. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut. To copy the item: click Ctrl+C. Navigate to the folder where you want to move or copy the item to, and then click Ctrl+V.
Click the CC button, as shown below. Enter the email address of recipients wholl receive a copy of the email in the CC field. Compose your new message and hit Send when your message is complete. All your recipients (primary + CCd) will receive the email.
To copy entire email with include all details such as who sent it, date, time etc.: you can first open that email select forward option and then press Ctrl + A to select all and then to copy it press Ctrl + C.
Copy a message to another folder Select the message that you want to copy. as you click the items. On the Home tab, click Move Copy to Folder.
Use an Outlook Rule to Forward Incoming E-mails to a Specified Folder Open Outlook and click on the Rules button under the HOME tab. Select Create Rule. A Create Rule dialog will open. Here you can select conditions through checkboxes (Refer to the image below). Click on Select Folder. Click OK. Now click on OK.
Command-C: Copy the selected item to the Clipboard. This also works for files in the Finder. Command-V: Paste the contents of the Clipboard into the current document or app.
Copy emails In the Mail app on your Mac, select one or more messages. Do one of the following: Press and hold the Option key while you drag the messages to a mailbox in the Mail sidebar or the Favourites bar. Control-click the messages, choose Copy To, then choose a mailbox.
