After I open an email and decide that I want to copy it as my own email template, Im just going to navigate to the Save To icon on the top of the email. And select the Convert to Template option. With one click, this extension will convert an email that I received into my own email template that Ill be able to customize. When its finished converting, itll save to My Templates tab. Just click on the Download button. As soon as I download it, it will automatically load as my own email, where I can easily edit it to customize my message or images that I want to use. Set default paste options Go to File Options Advanced. Under Cut, copy, and paste, select the down arrow for the setting to change. Use Format Painter to quickly apply the same formatting, such as color, font style and size, or border style, to multiple pieces of text or graphics. With format painter, you can copy all of the formatting from one object and apply it to another onethink of it as copying and pasting for formatting.
Keyboard shortcuts To apply the formatting you copied to a different text selection: Press Ctrl + Alt + v (Windows or Chrome OS) or ⌘ + Option + v (Mac).
In the message body, enter the content that you want. In the message window, click File Save As. In the Save As dialog box, in the Save as type list, click Outlook Template. In the File name box, type a name for your template, and then click Save.
Paste the copied content by pressing Ctrl+V, and then select Paste Values or Match Destination Formatting in the Paste Options dialog box. Select Paste Values or Match Destination Formatting in the Paste drop-down menu in the ribbon.
