hey its candace and in todays quickbooks tips and tricks im going to show you if youre using quickbooks online youre trying to send out emails and youre noticing that theyre coming from intuit versus your email address thats something you cannot change as far as i know with intuit ive asked them its a feature thats not changeable so what you need to do if youre having a problem the question i received was theyre trying to send them out and because the email is not coming from them directly it was getting denied from their customer that they were sending the invoice to so one of the workarounds you can do is actually save it as a pdf and then send it out theres always a couple ways to do things in quickbooks im going to show you one of the ways you go actually open your invoice and when you go down here and you click send save and send youll notice when you when it populates in here theres a space on the right to download the invoice right here see the little download b
