hi im vicki of hit the books and this is your xero tip of the week in this video were going to look at how to email a pdf version of a bill into your xero in this example here i have received an email with a pdf attachment of an invoice and i want to enter this as a bill in my xero so the first time that you do this you will need to find your unique xero email address to do this go to your bills screen and click this create bill from email link and click this copy button here you then go back to your email click forward on the email paste the copied email address then click send and what this does is create a draft invoice in your bill screen so you then head to your bills screen click on the draft tab and then click into the bill as you will see xero has filled in most of the fields automatically from reading the pdf version of the bill we just need to enter the description and the chart of account codes a little tip for you to make this quicker copy and paste the description from t
