did either of you see this as part of this project manager Master Class video series Im supposed to create a hundred of these videos what did you include in your statement of work you think Im an idiot I said I do whatever the client wanted me to so that theyd hire me a statement of work is the agreement between yourself and the client it clearly defines what the budget covers and delivers and whats inside the scope of the project and whats outside of it you should have been more specific in your statement of work okay first of all you dont know the first thing about business no one has time to write all these documents if youre getting to the point where youre arguing with a client about what was agreed to the statement of work can protect you depending on how detailed it was we shook hands on it though hands you need to have a detailed enough statement of work that includes things like deliverables due dates and price maybe I can make one now and send it to them and just say
