okay in this example were gonna demonstrate how to take a google drawing and copy it to a Google Doc now most of us think would be an easy way just to go to your Google drawing highlight the image that youd like to copy go to ctrl C to copy or edit and copy and then bring it back to your Google Doc and simply paste by right-clicking and paste but youll notice it does not paste even if I went to paste here it will not paste these are web-based so wont work that way the way that you have to do it lets go back here to our google drawing notice I have my drawing Im going to frame it out Im next going to go to edit web clipboard as you guys can see Im gonna select copy shapes to web clipboard now that these shapes are copied I can come back here to my Google Doc and Im going to need to paste so Im gonna go to edit web clipboard and then I can paste my shapes and there you go youll see that your shapes will paste here you can adjust size as needed and then you want to as always w

This is because of the text wrapping settings on the image. You'll need to change the text wrapping setting if you want to move the image freely, or if you just want the text to wrap around the image in a more natural way.
You can move and format the image like any other shape. Move the image: Drag it on the canvas. Resize the image: Drag the blue boxes at the corners. Rotate the image: Drag the blue dot that's outside of the shape.
