Hi Everyone! Im Sharon Smith. In this video Im going to show you how to auto populate repeating text in Word. Ill show you how to set up your letter or contract documents in Word using bookmarks and cross-references so that you can automatically repeat text, like a name, throughout your document. By using bookmarks and cross-references you avoid having to use form fields with REF field code which require you to restrict editing and protect your document, which you may not want to do if your document is not a form. So lets take a look at how to simplify your letters in contracts by inserting auto repeating text. Here we have an offer letter template and I have it zoomed out so I can show you what were working with. And highlighted in yellow are the areas that I want to bookmark, or those are the initial places where Im going to insert text that I want repeated somewhere else in the document, and so I have candidate first name and last name and job tit

No, copying a privacy policy from another website is illegal and can lead to legal consequences such as a lawsuit.
Is it legal to copy a websites Terms of Use policy, and then use it on your own website? No. Terms and conditions count as a creative work, and as such are covered by copyright. Using them without permission could get you sued for copyright infringements.
Its illegal to infringe another companys copyright or intellectual property. Copying Terms and Conditions may be considered copyright infringement.
All privacy policies are contract documents that are considered legally binding. In fact, your privacy policy should state that it is a legal document and that your customers are agreeing to its terms by giving you their data.
A privacy policy can appear in just about any medium as long as its formally presented to the person or entity owning the personal or applicable information. For example, these agreements could appear in print, on a website, on a computer or mobile device, on a signup form, and so on.
However, original contracts may be subject to copyright just like books, music, and a work of art. Hence, if you copy someone elses contract without his or her permission, you may be violating the copyright law. You can, however, use a pre-existing contract as a base and tweak it with your creativity.
Its never a good idea to simply copy someone elses Terms and Conditions agreement and use it as your own. Not only could this be a copyright violation, but it could expose your business to unnecessary risks and even lawsuits down the line.
It could be considered a copyright infringement to copy someone elses Privacy Policy and use it, word-for-word, on your own website. When someone creates a piece of work, including a written document like a Privacy Policy, it is automatically protected by copyright law.
