hello im amanda lee today were going to talk about the business to business order to cash cycle where does receivables sit in that cycle for me i believe receivable sits at the beginning and at the end and all the way through the middle why is that its very important that receivables is a part of the sales process so as soon as the order is placed the sales team and receivables should be working together especially if that customer already has perhaps gone over the credit limit or um is already overdue there needs to be communication and collaboration on that receivables should be included through the whole process to the release of goods whether or not the goods go out and then obviously definitely once it comes time for payment to be made or invoices go out and then payment to be made so receivables is a vital part of the order process the invoicing process and the collection process sales and receivables should always be collaborating together and when the synergy between sales a
