Identifying and Removing Metadata Right-click on the file. View its Properties. If there is metadata that you would like to remove, select the Details tab. Click Remove Properties and Personal Information.
Copy a page in its entirety Use the more, three-dot button next to the page you want to copy. Choose the Make a copy option. Enter the page name you want to use and use Done. Google Sites will make a copy of your page with the page name you chose.
Open Pages, and if a document is already open, tap Documents in the top-left corner to see all your documents. Touch and hold the thumbnail of the document you want to copy, lift your finger, then tap Duplicate.
Choose Format Copy Style (from the Format menu at the top of your screen). Select other text where you want to apply the style, or place the insertion point in text, then choose Format Paste Style.
To quickly reuse text, copy it in one location and paste it to another. Select the text to copy. Choose Edit Copy (from the Edit menu at the top of your screen), or press Command-C. Note: If you want to remove the text from its original location, choose Edit Cut instead.
In the document manager, select a document. If a document is open, click the More button in the toolbar, then choose Go to My Documents to return to the document manager to select the document. Click the More button that appears, then choose Duplicate.
