What is the Maximum Weekly Benefit Amount? The maximum weekly benefit amount is $390. This amount is set by Indiana law.
If Misc-Form 1099 or unemployment insurance benefit record information is needed, applicants who have had an Indiana unemployment claim can obtain this information and print records from the DWD Claimant Self Service (CSS) website. CSS support can be reached by calling 800-891-6499.
Form 1099-G will be available on claimants' Uplink CSS Correspondence pages by Feb. 1, 2023. Once it is available, you can access your Form 1099-G information on your Correspondence page in your Uplink account. We will mail you a paper Form 1099-G if you have opted into paper mailing or are a telephone filer.
Proof of employment can include: paycheck stubs, • earnings and leave statements showing the employer's name and address, and • W-2 forms when available.
What is Uplink? Uplink is the name of Indiana Department of Workforce Development's automated self service Unemployment Insurance system. Through the Uplink Claimant Self Service System, you now have access to enhanced services, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The base period is four of the last five calendar quarters before the week a new claim is filed. To be eligible, you must have earned at least $4,200 during the entire base period and at least $2,500 during the last six months of the period.
The Indiana Department of Workforce Development (IDWD) will release wage or employment history information to a third party only via the Last Known Employer (LKE) website after submitting a completed copy of the attached release form. Please login to your LKE account to submit requests for employment history.
Amount of UI Benefits After you file a claim for UI benefits, you will receive a Monetary Determination in your Uplink Inbox within 10 days. The Monetary Determination explains: The amount of benefits you are eligible to receive, if approved, and how that amount was calculated.
