hello friends today in this video Im going to show you how you can copy text from alternate cell in Excel and to make my point clear I want to take you to my actual seat where I can show you what Im going to do in this class and here we are so as you can see I have some text in column a but the text in the cells are on alternate cell like a two fo6 is salmon like this what I am going to do I want to copy the text this text into column B in B 1 B 2 B T instead of alternate cells so we can do this by using two methods one is the clone second is using your formula and first I want to show you how you can do this manually what you have to do just to go and copy this like this and paste it here and press f5 in your keyboard it will bring up the go to command and here press special click blanks press ok and now you need to press ctrl + minus in your keyboard it will option delete you need to select the sip set up and press ok this way this is a bit longer way of doing this the same thing
