So, I oversee all of our operations with street maintenance, traffic maintenance, that includes our sign shops, striping, signal work and then all the storms sewer maintenance for the city. Prior with the city, Ive worked my way up. Ive been a frontline maintenance worker so Ive done everything that I oversee now. And then I was a street supervisor also for about seven years. The maintenance activities we do, it changes from season to season, so obviously winter, its snowplowing. Thats our number one task to deal with. We do some boulevard tree trimming in the winter and as we get into spring, we move into different activities such as our spring sweeping of the city.
