a common problem that people have when working with Microsoft forms is that once they create a form in a group it cannot be moved to another group but I have a workaround to share with you I have navigated to forms and created a webinar feedback survey but accidentally put it in the wrong group M365 support it should have been in M365 webinars Microsoft only lets you move a form once if it was a personal form that needs to be moved to a group form but if the form is already in a group the move button does not exist this is where the workaround comes into play click the form to open it and then navigate to the upper right hand corner and select the three dots for more form settings then from there select collaborate or duplicate now you will see an option to share as a template this will get you a link to duplicate the form and make an exact copy any responses already submitted to the form will not be included with a copy if you need those I suggest that yo
