hi so what I want to show you here is how to disable these checkboxes on your icons so the reason why they appear is because you might have a touchscreen or your laptop is by default has that turned on so what youre going to do is youre going to go into Windows Explorer and you could get there in various ways so you might not have this screen and to make the screen up here theres a little caret here or a down arrow and youre gonna have to click on this arrow and its gonna expose this menu here you want to go into view then you want to click right here into options and youre gonna say change folder and search options and once you get there youre gonna click view again and youre gonna scroll all the way down and theres gonna be a selection here use checkboxes to select items so the reason why these are here is so you can actually multi select and oftentimes it allows you to multi select using their touchscreen so if you dont want that you can uncheck this box here and click ap
