Hello, in this video we will go over how to copy over questions and assessments from one semester to the next in ExamSoft. To begin, open up ExamSoft, login, go to the questions tab, and then open up the folder for the new semester thats been created for your course. To the right of your course, click the little gear and then choose new folder. Create a folder here for each of the exams that youre copying forward. Once you have folders for each exam, head into the prior semester folder. Use the plus sign buttons to get to the folder with the questions youd like to make copies of. Check the box at the top of the list of questions and then use the drop down list to choose duplicate items. Click the select folder button to choose a destination for your new duplicate questions (which would be the new folder you just created) and then click duplicate items. Once this is done your folder will be made with new questions that arent approved and if youd like to, you can click on them
