In this video, Jewel Tolentino demonstrates how to add a checkbox in DocHub. To add a checkbox, you need to be in the prepare form section, accessible through the more tools tab. Once in that mode, click on the box with a check mark icon to create a checkbox. You can customize the checkbox and give it a name. Finally, preview and click on it to see the checkbox in action.
