hello [Music] type twice here in todays video ill be showing you how to easily duplicate objects in illustrator so without further ado lets get right into it as you can see i created this square shape right here and lets say we want more of these and instead of creating them with the rectangle tool we can duplicate it to make it a lot faster so lets say we want an extra of these we can do that by selecting the object then we want to click on the object while holding shift and alt and just drag right here and as you can see we are just dragging a copy of this shape right here over here you can also do it in another way you might note this from other software by just clicking on the shape and press ctrl c and then ctrl v and we are now again getting a copy of this but lets say we want more of just one of these lets say we want 10 as an example we can do something really smart we can select the shape again and do the same thing i just showed you by holding shift and alt while dragg
