Kevin Kennedy: Hey there, its Kevin Kennedy and today Im going to show how to copy and paste sketches, bodies, and components in Fusion 360. There are two different scenarios for copying sketches. Well start by copying the sketch within the same design file, and then well look at copying a sketch to a second design file. Afterward, well look at two ways to copy bodies and components, including within the same design file and to another design file. [Logo Chiming] Ive gone ahead and saved a file and Ive created a new component for the first example. Lets first just sketch out a simple rectangle so we can see how sketch geometry copies. Ill hit the keyboard shortcut letter R, as in Romeo, to activate the 2-point rectangle. Ill just draw this out on the XY origin plane to a random distance. Then, Ill clear out the rectangle command with the escape key. Lets first take a look at copying this sketch geometry within the same sketch. I should note, that if it makes sense for yo
