Today, we will learn how to duplicate and copy objects in a presentation. Open a blank presentation, choose a layout, and insert a shape from the Home tab. You can also insert a shape from the Insert tab. Change the shape's color from the Format tab. Use Ctrl + T to duplicate the shape. Position the shape on the slide and duplicate it again with Ctrl + T. Easily duplicate and position objects by using Ctrl + D. Select all objects with Ctrl + A and copy them with Ctrl + C. You can also copy objects by clicking left and copying. Insert a new slide to end the changes. This method helps align objects at the same distance easily.
