hey guys Nick Smith here and today Im going to show you a quick way to copy edits from one photo to another now first thing we remember the develop module real quick and I want to show you that the important thing to this is you want to make sure all your photos kept generally the kind of the same tone this ones been edited but if I quick toggle it back to the before and then I switch over youll see that these are all pretty close in terms of their original toning and the original exposure etc if you have things that are wildly different exposure you need to make sure youre not copying exposure settings if youre trying to get the same look and also white balance is important because if you make a white balance adjustment and copy that as well it can kind of affect the way it looks overall but luckily these are all about the same exact thing so it doesnt really matter so lets go ahead and go back to this one that we already edited and the trick is were just gonna hold down shift
