Welcome! This video will instruct you on how to Copy Insurance Contracts in NPAWorks. First: Select Client on the left sidebar of your NPAWorks screen. Then select the name of the client whose contract you would like to copy by highlighting their name. Click the edit icon on the top left corner of the screen Or simply double-click on their name to edit their record. Once you have opened the client record, click on the contracts tab and select the insurance contract you would like to copy. Please Note: That only Insurance Contracts can be copied. Next: click the icon on the top right corner of the screen to copy the selected insurance contract. The copy contract and services window will appear. In this window you will see the new contract effective dates. NPAWorks will automatically enter the effective and expiration dates based on the length of the copied contract.
