Press Ctrl + A on your keyboard to highlight all text in your document. Tip: You can also highlight your entire document by placing your mouse cursor in the left margin and then quickly clicking the left mouse button three times in a row. Press Ctrl + C to copy the entire highlighted selection.
Select the page you want to duplicate. Hold down the Ctrl key and drag the page with your mouse to a new position to create a duplicate.
Once you get that, you can download the file from SharePoint using the SharePoint activities. As all the attachments are stored in the SharePoint repo.
On the Insert menu, click Object. In the Object dialog box, click the Create from file tab. In the File name box, type the name of the file from which you want to create a linked object or embedded object. Alternatively, click Browse to select the file from a list.
Select the cell with the formatting you want to copy. Select Home Format Painter. Drag to select the cell or range you want to apply the formatting to.
Export SharePoint List Data to CSV with attachments Open Windows PowerShell ISE. Edit Script and add details like listname and SharePoint Site. Press run. CSV file and attachments will be saved at same directory where script was started from.
Click in text that has the formatting to replicate, and press CTRL-SHIFT-C. Itll copy the formatting, but not the text itself. Highlight the target text and press CTRL-SHIFT-V to paste the formatting.
You can also use the format painter to paste the format between documents. Select what you want to duplicate, and double-click on the paintbrush. Select the second document to make it active. Now click and drag on to that content.
