in docHub captivate 7b introduced the concept of shared actions where you could use the same shared action within a project or across projects to share the actions across projects you had to export the shared actions from the existing project and then import it back into the new project but now you have an alternative way as well you can open external library and drag and drop the shared actions from one project to another lets take a look at how you can do this so in your new project is go to the library and here in library open external library just click this button and that will allow you to open a library just navigate to the folder where you have that project click open and the library will be open here so you can see that you have this library here all you have to do is shift select all the shared actions that you want to move and move it under shade actions and all those actions will be now copied to your new project and then you can set the parameters for these shared actions
