Hold down the Shift or Ctrl key and click on each tab you want to duplicate. Right-click on the first selected tab in the original workbook and choose Move or copy Choose the workbook where you want to paste your copied sheet.
Heres another way to duplicate a sheet in Excel that is just as easy: Right click on the tab and select Move or Copy from the context menu. This will open the Move or Copy dialog box. Under Before sheet, choose where you want to place the copy.
How to copy values in Excel Select the cell(s) with formulas and press Ctrl + C to copy them. Select the destination range. If you dont need to keep the formulas, you can select the same range that youve just copied (cells with formulas). Press Excels paste values shortcut: Ctrl + Alt + V, then V. Press Enter.
For this example, we chose Sheet1. Press Ctrl + A to select the entire worksheet, then press Ctrl + C to copy the information. Open the spreadsheet containing the workbook and worksheet where you want to save the information. Press Ctrl + V to paste the previously copied information.
With multiple worksheets selected, do one of the following to copy them: Click on any of the selected tabs, press Ctrl and drag the tabs to the desired position. Right-click any of the selected sheets and click Copy or Move.
