to use a previously created schedule as a template for a new schedule next week lets do copy shifts from One schedule to another there are two ways to copy a schedule from the week you wish to copy the shifts to select copy shifts from history and select the weeks you wish to copy the schedule from or go to the schedule youd like to copy and select copy shifts to new schedule then select the week youd like to copy the shifts too click copy shifts and the shift will be copied to the new schedule and all the reports will be updated if there are any employees on the old schedule who are no longer in the new schedule their shifts will be copied into the unassigned shifts row you can now make changes and publish the new schedule
